Spirulina is a highly nutritious superfood; just a few grams are enough to provide a wide range of VITAMINS, AMINO ACIDS, MINERALS, as well as ANTIOXIDANTS and PROTEINS.

WHAT DOES SPIRULINA HAVE TO DO WITH HAIR?

Spirulina proves to be an excellent ally for hair care because, as we know, hair is “anchored” to the scalp through the hair follicle, which connects the hair to the body.

Therefore, our nutrition directly influences hair health.

Spirulina contains large amounts of essential amino acids, which are the building blocks of keratin, an insoluble protein made of long amino acid chains enriched with vitamins and trace elements.

More precisely, keratin results from the aggregation of amino acids such as cysteine, glutamic acid, threonine, glycine, arginine, and many others. These bind together to form complex structures that make up keratin.

These reactions make hair elastic, strong, and compact, meaning flexible yet resistant to traction.

The SPIREAT HAIR PROGRAM consists of:

• Spirulina Capsules, easy and quick to take, up to 6 per day (3 in the morning and 3 at lunch).

The capsules are made of plant-based cellulose, ensuring 100% spirulina powder content without additives, colorants, or binding agents (as found in tablets). High-quality organic raw material, cultivated and processed in Italy. This format represents the oral supplementation component of the treatment alongside the flakes.

• Spirulina Powder, packaged in a conveniently resealable container.

The powder is obtained by slowly cold-grinding spirulina flakes, without additives or colorants. High-quality organic raw material, cultivated and processed in Italy. A small measuring scoop inside the package makes usage easy.

• Spirulina Flakes (included in the 60-day program).

WHAT IS IT FOR?

This program supports hair regeneration and helps rebalance the scalp’s bacterial flora.

In particular, the Hair Treatment is designed for people who want to benefit from spirulina’s properties and aim to maintain shiny, strong hair without stressing it externally with expensive and often ineffective ARTIFICIAL products.

Spirulina provides natural shine and strengthens hair, making it more resistant to hair loss.

HOW TO USE IT?

FOR CAPSULES: Capsules act as a supplement providing minerals, vitamins, essential amino acids, antioxidants, and proteins.

They are taken orally in the morning or during the day. The recommended daily dose ranges from two to four grams, equivalent to 4–8 capsules per day (indicative doses; minimum two grams = 4 capsules).

FOR THE POWDER: In this program, spirulina powder serves as a cosmetic product, meaning it is applied externally, directly to the hair.

About once every 3 days, before showering:

• Prepare a small bowl and a brush
• Place about 5 g of shampoo into the bowl (your regular shampoo, preferably natural)
• Add spirulina powder using the measuring scoop included in the package (one scoop per application)
• Mix thoroughly to blend the spirulina evenly with the shampoo
• Apply the mixture to all hair using the brush, from roots to ends
• Massage the scalp as you normally would when washing your hair
• Wait 10 minutes to allow spirulina to activate and bind to the hair; you may start your shower during this time to optimize timing
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water
