Mango, banana and spirulina smoothie

Ingredients:

2 mangoes

half a banana

2 tablespoons of sugar

spirulina Spireat as much as you like

Preparation:

Cut the two mangoes into small pieces and let them cool in the refrigerator for an hour. Take them out of the fridge and blend them with the banana, adding the sugar, or the sweetener if you prefer. Place the smoothie in a bowl and cover it with the Spirulina Spireat and other toppings of your taste – such as spelt flakes.
