Banana&Spirulina Bowl is very easy to prepare ad it’s healthy and energizing! You need just few ingredients and a lot of fantasy, you can garnish your bowl with fresh fruit, seeds or cereals, as much as you want!

Ingredients for a big bowl or 2 small bowls:

  • 170 grams of greek yogurt (without sugar)
  • A big banana
  • 1 little spoon of spirulina
  • 2 spoons of plant milk (your choice)
  • 1 spoon of honey

To garnish your bowl:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 spoons of whole cereals
  • Spirulina chips as much as you like

How to make Banana&Spirulina Bowl:

In a mixer mix the yogurt, the banana, the spirulina, the honey and the plant milk all together. Pour in a big bowl and garnish with coloured fresh fruit, cereals and spirulina chips! Now you are ready to face your day with energy and vitality!
